Art Spot Studio Sessions — Where Kids Make & Take Home Real Art
Share
Morning art sessions at Art Spot Studio Sessions are hands-on, project-based, and done by noon — so kids spend the afternoon at the beach showing off what they made.
Every session explores a different technique or medium. Current projects include:
- Custom stickers & temporary tattoos — Kids design their own artwork on iPad using Procreate, then we print it same-day as stickers or temporary tattoos. Walk out wearing your own art.
- Shrinky Dinks — Draw, color, and watch the magic happen as designs shrink into keychains, charms, or jewelry pendants. Always a crowd favorite.
- Beaded jewelry — Design and string your own necklaces and bracelets to wear home. A relaxing, creative session with a wearable result.
- Tie-dye & bleach art — Twist, fold, and dye a plain tee or bandana for a bold, wearable result kids are always proud to show off.
- Clay magnets — Kids sculpt and paint their own one-of-a-kind magnets inspired by beach and vacation themes. A perfect little souvenir to take home same day.
- Clay charms & pins — Sculpt small wearable pieces from air-dry clay, paint and seal them, then attach to jewelry or a backpack. Pairs perfectly with jewelry day.
- Sun prints (cyanotype) — Arrange shells, leaves, and found objects on special paper and let the sun do the work. The beach setting makes this one extra special.
- Printmaking — Using foam carving or pre-made designs, kids create their own prints and leave with a one-of-a-kind piece of art. No two are ever the same.
- Postcards — Design and paint an original postcard, then take it to the next level using our Cricut machine for a truly custom finish. Ready to mail or keep forever.
- Painted tote bags — Stencil or freehand paint a canvas tote to use all summer long. A practical take-home that doubles as a walking advertisement for good taste.
- Buttons — Design and punch your own custom pinback buttons to wear, trade, or collect. Kids draw or stamp their own artwork, feed it through the button press, and walk out with a wearable piece they made from scratch. A quick, satisfying project with a result kids actually want to show off.
More projects are added throughout the summer — repeat campers always have something new to look forward to.
All materials included. Small groups. Nothing to bring but curiosity.
